Electromagnetic Force of attraction is a fundamental force ( 1 of the 4 funda forces). So, it cant be explained by any other theory other than its own theory for which u need to know a lot abt quantum theory n quantum mechanics.
With the limited knowledge most us have abt quantum mechanics, we jus need to accept this fact.

U cant explain like that. U cant talk abt electric field lines as they have been introduced only on the assumption tat like charges repel n unlike charges attract. U r using somethin to explain an event, whr tat "something" was derived based only upon tat event ! So, ur expln is not right.
