is it possible for an object to have product of relative permittivity & permeability < 1

velocity of light in a medium is given by

v = (1/ $\epsilon$ $\epsilon$ 0 $\mu$ $\mu$ 0)^1/2

where one epsilon & mu are for absolute value & anuther for relative value.

putting value of $\epsilon$ 0 $\mu$ 0,

v = c/( $\epsilon$ $\mu$ )^1/2

if product of these two are less than one, velocity in that medium 'll be more than velocity of light.

so please say is it possible that $\epsilon$ =1.5 & $\mu$ = 0.5 for a particular medium.
