Here are a certain things that you need to do while setting a goal:
A) Write down each of your goals separately:
It is important because putting pen to paper gives your body to out thoughts. It transfers non-
verbal cues into tangible, concrete expressions. The writing becomes your signed testimonial.
You can look at it physically from a distance and be remimded of what you promised yourself
before you started.
B) Define your goal in terms of specific activities and specific purposes.
C) Think about your goal over and over again and let your sub-conscious mind deeply be engrossed thinking about your goal.
D) Identify your obstacles and try to be away from them as soon as possible. For example. If
you think that the games in your computer are distracting you too much either ask you
father to put a password in your PC or delete the games.
E) Immediately start working on your goal and keep yourself motivated and work hard until
you finally achieve your goal.
