So why are you defending Narayana? I am also saying exactly what you are saying. You agree that it is disorganized. the problem is that we are used to taking a lot of nonsense. Our "chalta hai" attitude lets such mediocre setups thrive. You need to get more demanding and ask for world class quality and service. As per you only, Narayana was an out and out commercial setup. It is not even to the quality standards achieved by the most mediocre education setups in India.
