see theres no exact method.
anhydride means the compound u get after removing H2O frm the compound.
eg.
N2O5 is the anhydride of HNO3.(2HNO3 - H2O = N2O5)
N2O3 is the anhydride of HNO2. (2HNO2 - H2O = N2O3)etc etc
here H2CO3 - H2O = CO2.
