Generally ring expansion/contraction is not favoured in free radicals becoz breaking a bond homolytically requires a lot of energy. But it maybe possible that is a specific ques or maybe some exception.
The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.
