the brochure tells that 52 seats in departments of anna university chennai are reserved for other state candidates.and that other state candidates will be considered against these seats only.

but cant some other state student get admission into other govt. engineering colleges in tamil nadu and other anna university affiliated colleges like PSG,coimbatore through other state quota.

plz help.
