yes friends it shud be ccl4 the reason is that it is not a linear molecule its a 3-d tetrahedral shape .
in all the 4 compounds carbon atomis sp3 hybridised meaning they are all tetrahedral in shape so more the number of electron withdrawing groups higher the dipole moment .
hope u get it . allways remember this fact that u cant visualize the molecule to be planar . its 3 dimensonal .
