If a body is kept on floor , the ground will exert a reaction force making an angle  with X axis as it is a inertial frame .............newton's third law


This reaction force is resolved in 2 components


Fcos =friction  in X axis


Fsin =normal reaction force in Y axis


If we see in Y axis , normal force and mg (weight) are equal and opposite.thus they r related
