im a person who is working out the preparation tips given by goiitians. im so happy abt this site that im getting so much assistance. so this time also u gotta help me in this problem. my problem is whenever i sit for studying  im not getting concentration. i thhink its due to overeating and lack of any excersice. guyz pl tell me hw u guyz tackle these type of problems. also tell me hw to get motivated as there is no net connection in my home. so i hav to come to goiit fr sum motivational stuff. but i cannot cum everyday. so plz help me in this prob
