simple question:

Here solute is Urea and solvent is water.

Thus

$\frac{\delta P}{23.8} = \frac{0.833}{0.833 + 48.05}\\ which \ gives \ \delta P = 0.017\\Hence \ P_1 = 27.81$

Relative lowering is the quantity on the RHS in the first equation

Will nip in at times to solve problems :)
