1) You take a dog, a yellow one..
2) You take red paint and paint a smiley on it
3) You take it to a jungle and leave it there for three days
4) In the meantime, you visit all the manholes in your city
5) You go and get the dog back and feed it till it can eat no more
6) You wait for a rainy day and then set the dog outside
7) If the paint turns the smiley into a sad face you become a mod, otherwise you have to do the same thing again
