it is sort of by elemination if u take 10,0 then in 1 branch there will be no current but if current leaves the battery it has to enter it so by contradiction u can remove 10,0 and 0,10 now we are left with 5,-5 and-5,5 now with the polarity of the battery the left hand side should be at a higher potential so 5,-5
