because during a windy day,when the water evaporates fromthe clothes,the wind carries the water vapours along with it away from the clothes.Thus the area of the atmosphere around the clothes remains dry due to which it tends to contain more water vapours.Thus water evaporates from the clothes at a faster rate,due to which the clothes dry up quickly
