see when biock just begin to topple it will come on one its edge let it is going right at this moment 2 forces produce torque at C.O.M. 1---normal reaction 2---friction & in opp. direction for just toppling these balance each other. thus we get----------------- umg*h/2 = mh*a or u = a/h(not its min u required)
