I think u have posted it wrongly.

It should be a+ 3/b +c   +  b +3/c +a   +  c+ 3/a +b

Expression,E = 2a + 2b + 2c + 3/a + 3/b + 3/c

Use AM>=GM

E/6 >= (2x2x2x3x3x3)1/6

E >= 36

Hence minimum value is 36.
