HEY DUDE. SEE MAY BE THE NATURE OF THE MEDIUM IS NOT GIVEN BUT FOR ANY MATERIAL THE VALUE OF DIELECTRIC CONSTANT IS ALWAYS GREATER THAN ONE OTHER THEN AIR, THEREFORE THE FORCE WILL ALWAYS DECREASE AS COMPARED TO AIR. SO THE ANSWER IS DEFINITELY B. THERE IS NO QUESTION OF THE FORCE BEING INCREASED.
