1. i dont think any such relation is possible coz if we make it symmetric and reflexive it will becum transitive too

to make it reflexive lets add 1,1

and to make it symmetric we will have to add 2,1 and 3,1

now the relation contains (1,2)(2,1) (3,1)(1,3)(1,1)

now c 1,2 belongs to R

2,1 also belongs to R and 1,1 also belongs to R which makes it transitive...

the same will happen whn we add 2,2 or 3,3

so no such relation is possible
