y = (3x+2)

dy/dx = (3/2)(3x+2)-1/2

d2y/dx2 = (-3/2)(3/2)(3x+2)-3/2 = (-9/4)(3x+2)-3/2

(dy/dx)2 = (9/4)(3x+2)-1

It gives y(d2y/dx2) + (dy/dx)2 = 0

and not d2y/dx2 + (dy/dx)2 = 0 as stated by you.
