yep henderson hasselbalch equation is not applicable whenever a titration is done to end point . that is -

ch3cooh + naoh , ch3cooh is fully consumed in the process so its final conc. is 0

substituting in -

pH = pKa + log [ salt ] / [acid]

we get log [ infinity ] as [acid] is zero so clearly the relation is not valid use the equations of anionic hydrolysis .
