First of all congrats for ur performance.
If ur very particular about a course then u can join in a college where u get ur course among the mentioned above(since u got a gud rank....u probaby will get it).
If u are not very particular about the course then u can choose any of the iit's roorkee or the new ones.Thts coz at the end of the course the degree u hav in ur hand is frm iit,na?so its got its values.
