2 years drop may cause some problems but these problems stand nowhere if you are a good knowledgeable person after the completion of your degree. Your ranks are too low to fetch you any decent seat, so if you have the hunger for AIEEE then only take the risk of dropping otherwise join any local college and concentrate on GATE/CAT/IAS etc.
