@tusheer people who dont noe about thapar will give answers to earn rates..... i live in chandigarh and i noe about PEC and thapar , they are the best here thapar above PEC and dude again i say am nt sure about cutoff ranks bt what i have heard and read and seen , u can get there maybe u will nt get a good branch in PEC as u are outside chandigarh bt surely u will get admission there
