I feel this is all a dirty game being played. IIT Counselling is on 19th of this month. And thus DCE wants those who got a decent rank in IIT's to remain undecided about which way to go as longer as possible. So I wont know how much low can I go when giving preference in IIT counseling. Also IIT counseling has non refundable fee of Rs:15K even if you do not want to join the course offered by them.
