actually it is a ring with inner radius 1 and outer radius 2 and centre at origine....or the intersection of

x2 + y2 >= 1 and x2 + y2 < 2

but if u are looking for integral solutions.....we have (1,1)...(-1,1)...(-1,-1)..and (1,-1)
