Campus does not mean what made you find BITS Goa better. campus implies environment too-which is a result of tradition it just does not mean a beautiful and picturesque arena than you would rank NIT Srinagar and NIT Hamirpur above BITS Goa even! so,IT BHU and BITS Pilani have equally good "campus" and Goa is developing and this is what i meant
