i dunno about ur KLCE but if u r getting the branch u want there then go......n work really hard for ur GRE GATE GMAT CAT whateva n recreate ur future.....this slight pushback will not affect anything believe me........ further....give a thought to taking a lower course in a better college.....think about it........i've seen Agriculture Engineer do an MBA n earn like @^&#%@&^ ....but if u r interested in nothing but CSE then go for KLCE if u cant find anything better Best Of Luck
