Well! if u want to stay in delhi,then beleive me,it won't matter much...take IPu... rankings and all are generally vague...n India today's one for sure sucks...Who wud put VIT at no.10?don't depend on them... check out both the colleges and then compare for urself...N IPu won't be a bad option...
