force due to Q = KQ^2/2a^2 direction - north west
force due to q = K qQ/a^2 direction two forces are there one due to east and other south
now the net force is zero so resulatant of force ny q = root (KqQ/a^2)^2 + (kqQ/a^2)^2 the angle between them is 90 = root2 kQq/a^2
this will be equal to force due to Q root 2 KQq/a^2 = KQ^2/2a^2 Q = 2root2 *q and as already stated it is negative so the final answer is
Q = - 2root2 q
