Only one question at a time. For the first question
In this reaction barium will react with sulfate to give barium sulfate
del(G) = RTln(Q/Ksp)
Here Q=(1/4)*10^-11
You have not given Ksp of BaSO4. If it is 10^-10
So del(G) = -RT*2.303log(40)
