According to ideal gas equation
PV=nRT
Ratio of pressure to temperature is constant
implies P/T = nR/V = constant
implies Volume is constant, since R is universal constant and system is assumed close, so no change in number of moles.

Work done is defined as integral of P.dV where dV is small change in Volume.. So since dV is zero throughout, work done is zero
