Name plates 1,2,3,4 from left. There are three capacitors here, made by plates 12,23, 34. If you split plates and rearrange, you get capctr 34 parallel with cpctr 23. their resultant is in series with cpctr 12. Calculate Q = CV where C is equivalent capacitance.
