i know the solution only for the first part in this the perpendicular distance between each equipotential surface is d=10 cos30 =>5cm.(and this is same 4 all the surfaces) converting into meters we have 0.5m we know that E=V/d applying this for each we have E(1)=20 E(2)=40 E(3)=60 E(4)=80 hence the total E=E(1)+E(2)+E(3)+E(4)=20+40+60+80=200V/m
coming to the direction the electric field is always perpendicular to the equipotential surfaces. hence its direction is 120 degrees with +ve X- axis
