solving this u will get ans as g/3

in nthis u have to use string constraints i hope u know bout that
let acc of 2m be a1 and m be a2
thus we will get th relation between the 2 acc as 2a1=a2
then 2T=2ma1
mg-T=ma2
2a1=a2
so u will get the ans
