Dear Gaurav (assuming the name given in your profile),

Past some time the community has seen more than plenty thread started by you by two ids (WiseIITian and your existing Id).  The reason for claiming two ids and same person is the stark equality of supporting each others posts and of-course the same ip of posting. However, that is not an issue.

What I see is a pattern in all the messages. A stark dislike for all the "coaching institutes" per se and a deep knowledge of them all along with categoric , individual thrashing of each and everyone of them, collectively or individually. There's also been a lot of provokation (apologies for using the strong word, but thats the only way to describe the same) to the community to come out and write about them all. My question to you is twofold:

1. Your profile claims that you are a teacher. Are you a part of any one of the so called factories / institutes for IITJEE/AIEEE etc etc? If so, the discussion / provokation is pointless. One cant be scorning at a system by being too closely associated to it. Using forums as a launchpad to bring out the worst of all institutes is no where to solving a problem. Its just fueling anger, not even creating awareness.

2. If the motive is mere awareness, then also its good to question a system, rather than target individual organizations. Its a free world and it doesnt hurt to do so, but my point is that how is it helping anyone here? Its the system of JEE which was so templatised that people could make the "art of learning" a science. The JEE system has realised this and is working constructively towards cleaning up the monster it has created. The educational institutions (or the factories as you call them) will definitely fight the same and try to find a pattern and yet again create a factory out of the same. Thats the eternal battle and frankly everyone is a loser and winner here. the student fights to get in the so called factories and the student does gets churned out as a gem from one of these factories only.

My only point is that, lashing out all the time and fighting with a personal vendatta is not for the greater common good. because nothing gets solved with this. We can all try to get the best out of anything that comes our way. There's no gun pointing at anyones head to join  specific institutes. Its a choice one makes and lives by. Fight for your career doing whatever it takes and question the basics constructively rather than point anger against evreyone and everything that comes its way.

narayana is bad, fiitjee is bad, but this toll free number is good, doesn't make a point. it only fuels angers, it only generates distructive tendencies. Thats not what it takes to be the winner. winner is some one who fights all odds and rises above his angers and thrashings to carve a place for himself.

My 0.2.

cheers
