wen an xternal feild is applied then induction takes place inside d conductor and negative and positive charges get seprated and internal ectric field is created bt very soon (couple a milii sec) this int field gets = to d xtrnal field

bt c if d xternal field is to d left d intrnal field is towards rite

so they cancell each other

thus currnt inside =zero...

this is applicable evn wen their is no xternal currnt coz d tym for this 2 happn is very small
