one pt. that i would like to add is that iits like iit roorkee which was rec-roorkee earlier were added to this supreme brand bcoz of its stature and also it being a govt. institute. if bits would hav been a govt. institute it would surely hav been an iit. and who knows that maybe due to media or govt. it would be one of the best iits.
well this is just my view, others may not agree.
