Very good Gaurav Sharma u r the most mis informed person in India. I live in Jaipur,Rajasthan. And I have seen whole politics goinng on IIT-Rajasthan. still not even the city is decided for the IIT all due to the dirty politics.. even the constuction tenders and all other works is left
Also according to the new MHRD reports the new IITs will be completed by 2015 so what the hell will u do after ur one year in IIT-Kgp u will be studying in some polytechnic college like IIT hyderabad, patna & gandhinagar will do from this year..........Also there will be no seniors to guide u, no placements records, no world class infrastructure
If u r happy studying in some incompelete infrastruture then plz go for the New IITs .
