JIIT and DR MGR can't even be compared AFAIK. I don't have too much idea about IIITDM however from what I feel that at IIITDM since you are getting Design and Manufacturing and not CS or IT this could be the prefernce order:

JIIT>IIITDM>>DR MGR

However IIIT has its own label(in case you are talking of triple I T) in that case it may become:

IIITDM>JIIT>>DR MGR
