You have already missed JIIT counselling which was one of your best bets with this rank.

Try for LNMIIT if you just scrap through.

If you are really lucky you might scrap through DCE Civil which seems as your best option.

Keep your eyes and ears open just in case you scrap through Civil at PEC or Thapar

You may or may not get anything worthwhile in BITS that too Hyderabad MSc Hons(Dual Degree)

At IP you will get MAIT/BVP CS and if you are really really lucky you might scrap through USIT IT

At decent NITs like KKR Surat Nagpur etc you stand a good chance with Civil engg.

Assuming you are from Delhi and staying in Delhi or at least close by is recommended.

First try for DCE/BITS, then LNMIIT, then USIT, then PEC/Thapar, then MAIT/BVP
