Again, we have,

$f(x+y) + f(x-y) = 2f(x) \Rightarrow f \left( \frac{(x+y)+(x-y)}{2} \right) = \frac{f(x+y) + f(x-y)}{2} \\ \\<br/>\Rightarrow f(x) = ax+b$
