i dont know about bangalore :but in general ...

if the center is a branch of the TIME institution (it should not be a franchisee) then i think it might be good .....
but if it is a franchisee then ..i recommend you to study youself at home with some corresponding coarses like BT or NARAYANA ..

i had been to a franchise of the TIME but it stinks ..

i paid a whole amount there thinking it would be better but later it turned out to be a great foolishness of me joining TIME.....
so BEWARE
