Hi Vikrant,
Once you are free from your college studies, start spending about 70% time in quickly revising the theory part (definitions, formulae, etc.) of all the three subjects and about 30% time solving problems from books like TMH, Arihant and last year AIEEE question papers.
Try to complete the theory by end of February, which is like one-and-a-half months starting from January 15.
Starting March, devote 80-90% time in solving problems and the rest in brushing up formulae, etc.
