Hi
initial momentum = (28+67) * 2.8 = 266
let final velocity be v
therefore conserving momentum in horizontal direction we get
28 * v = 266
v = 266/28 = 9.5
change in velocity = 9.5 - 2.8 = 6.7 = B)
