Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is hydrogen bonding related to surface tension? The hydrogen bonding of HF is the maximum due to high electronegativity difference but do we see any changes in the surface tension .If we see it what would be it and if not,why?
