THE SOLUTION SHOUID BE LIKE THIS
you can calculate it by using impulse u must know that
impulse , I = initial momentum-final momentum
now just use conservation of energy from k*x2/2=2mV2/2
u will get V=under root of 2m*k into x
now I=P2-P1 as P2 and P1 are in opposite direction so the equation will become
I=P2+P1.............1 magnitude of P2=magnitude of P1=2*m*V
now just put thease value in 1 and then put Favg*delta t=I=P2-P1
