SOLUTION OF FIRST PART
let tension be T
make FBD of man u will get this eq
Mg=T+N..........1
make FBD of box u will get this eq
T=mg+N........2
solve 1 and 2 u will get and put M=60kg and m=30kg
u will get
N=150N so machine will show 15kg
Beat others otherwise they will beat u
