When we wave our hands very fast in front of an ordinary light (a bulb or a tube light) we see the image of our hand waving in a continuous motion (though it seems blurred and distorted).
But when we do the same in front of a computer screen or a TV the motion of our hand appears as if it is viewed in frames (with some pauses in between).
Why is it so?
Being beaten is often a temporary condition, giving up is what makes it permanent.
