well suman all the books referred by u are gud.
however i suggest u to atleast take a look at these too and probably u might find them useful.
 
phy:
h.c. verma is the best book to start with.
you can also see d.c. pandey. some of its volumes like mechanics and electricity n magnetism r gud.
resnic hallidy is too a gud option but it contains many non jee portions.
u shud always see wat ncert has to say.
arihant and bharti bhavan mcqs are also gud
 
so, the best book is h.c. verma. just go for it
 
chem:
its a bit hard to identify the nest book here, i can only try:
r.c. mukherjee n p. bahadur r gud for physical.
for inorganic i suggest o.p. tondon or arihant. o.p. agarwal has some gud prob.
for organic u shud go for arihant but it has many errors. i suggest reading ncert first or o.p. agarwal.
 
maths:
TMH is the best, acc. to me.
ml khanna and arihant series r also gud.
