actually there are 3 hybrid orbitals for each carbon bcoz it undergoes sp2 hybridisation.thus there r 6*3=18 hybrid orbitals of C.there is one pure p orbital for each carbon =6.there r 6 1s orbital of 6 H atoms. thus total pure orbitals=6+6=12 thus the ratio of hybrid to pure orbital is 18/12=3/2
